SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders will be sent via courier service.
The processing of your order will generally take 3 to 5 days. However, as all our leather products are handmade and made to order, these times may not be as short as we would all like. Please allow 10 business days for manufacturing and processing for this type of products.
We ship from Madrid, Spain, to everyone. Once your complete order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number.
The usual delivery time varies from 24h to 10 days, depending on the country. We do not ship partial orders, so, in the event of unavailability of any product from your order, we will not be obliged to wait to have all the elements to proceed to shipping. Even so, we give priority to this type of orders, to complete them as soon as possible.
Delivery times are only an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary due to the location, destination or customs of each country. Osant will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
During holiday seasons please note that production and courier delivery services are busier than usual so it is recommended that you place your order as far in advance as possible to avoid possible shipping delays.
The costs of import, customs and other related costs are not included in the final purchase price, for those countries outside the European Union. All international customers will be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their own country. If the customer refuses to pay taxes and/or fees, the order will be returned to the Osant offices and the customer will receive a code exchangeable for store credit for the value of the order. The costs arising from this procedure (transport, customs, etc.), are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from this credit.
